Yes, I agree with this statement because the interdisciplinary approach centered on measured catastrophic events in the past decades, and how varieties and associated impacts could transform under negative issues as anticipated in the twenty-first century, continuously draws new insights about our world's awareness, and reinforces the discovery of fresh information regarding the numerous connectivity inbuilt in problems on diverse timeframes. 

“helps students understand why conflicts commonly arise over; the causes and consequences of an issue and, the ideal way for policy to address the issue of concern” (Salter & Hearn, 2007)

One of the significant benefits of interdisciplinary approach is that people can understand  how their brains work. Individuals who uses interdisciplinary approach get to be effective problem solvers, attain further conscience, and flourish more comfortable with how their brain functions and whom they are as individuals by exploring themselves with a variety of educational experiences, which can definitely help solve 21st century problems.
